Residence Inn by Marriott Jersey City

This residence inn property is amazing great location. the staff are professional and great accommodating my stay everything here is wonderful. Shout out to all the staff members especially Matt went above and beyond. Rooms are great .all around 5 stars experience thank you.

It's located just half a block from the Grove Street PATH station. The front office staff is attentive to your needs and very friendly. The King bedroom I reserved was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the view from the high floor. However, be aware that there is constant honking from cars for about 10 hours a day. While the hotel can't control this, it's something to consider. Breakfast was decent, but they offered the same items every day. Fitness room(free) and laundry(2$ for each) are really good!

Very spacious rooms and comfy bed. Perfect location to travel into NYC via subway and good food options in very close proximity to the hotel.

Really enjoyed staying here on my recent NYC trip. Close to Manhattan, easy to get to via PATH, clean neighborhood, nice rooms and a spacious breakfast area. What else to ask for?

We love the hotel, still here after 11 nights, cozy with good cleaning service, good breakfast included, good management, also rooms with a kitchen made it feel more like home, also massive shop next to the hotel with amazing freshly.made food, massive portions. Also PATH grove station underneath the hotel, best buy!! Much more worth it to stay here and travel directly to manhattan in 10 minutes, everything well connected.

I love Residence Inn Jersey City. It's half a block away from Grove Street PATH station. The front office staff is very attentive to your needs and very amiable. The King bedroom I reserved was wonderful. Loved the view from the high floor. Well equipped quiet beautiful decor. I wish I could live there!! It was reasonably priced compared to what you would pay in NYC across the river for a comparable room. There are great amenities and breakfast is included. In the floor where breakfast is served there is also an outdoor section. The only drawback is the area for the actual main breakfast area is small and the main dishes run out quickly when standing in line so you have to wait for replenishments. I loved my stay and will definitely be coming back. A great value for great rooms, amenities, and location.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Jersey City, and overall the experience was mixed. The rooms are a strong point: they are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, making them suitable for both short and extended stays. However, one noticeable omission was the lack of complimentary water bottles in the room, which is something many guests expect, especially at a Marriott property. The main area for improvement is the front desk experience. The receptionist could have been more welcoming and proactive in explaining the amenities and services the hotel offers. Additionally, as a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, my loyalty was not acknowledged at check-in. At other Marriott hotels, I am usually thanked for my status, which adds a personal and appreciated touch that was missing here. With more attentive and informative service at reception, this hotel could provide a much more positive and memorable guest experience.
